Qualifications:
✅ Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with industrial equipment
✅ Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs
✅ Experience repairing chains, sprockets, gears, bearings, and motors
✅ Basic electrical knowledge (motors, relays, starters)
✅ Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
✅ Spanish-speaking preferred; bilingual a plus
✅ Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
