Recruiter at High Growth Technology Company

A fast-scaling technology company is searching for a polished, well-organized Recruiter to join its growing team. This is a high-volume, high-touch role where you will manage the full candidate experience, treat internal executives as your clients, and keep a busy hiring pipeline moving as priorities shift. The position is full-time in the office in New York City, 5 days per week, with compensation of $130-150K plus equity and benefits.

What You'll Do:

• Manage the recruiting pipeline from first conversation through follow-up
• Handle heavy interview scheduling across multiple calendars
• Speak with candidates and help build a standout candidate experience
• Partner with internal executives as your clients, keeping their hiring needs on track
• Coordinate onsite interview logistics, including candidate travel
• Provide gracious onsite hospitality for every candidate who walks in the door
• Follow up promptly and professionally at every stage of the process
• Handle high volume and pivot quickly as priorities change

What You'll Bring:

• 2-4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in recruiting at a scaling company
• A polished, professional presence with candidates and executives alike
• Experience managing heavy scheduling and communications
• Experience working with internal executives as clients
• Strong prioritization and organizational skills
• The ability to thrive in a high-volume environment and pivot quickly
• Ability to work in the New York City office full-time, 5 days per week
