Must be experienced. Able to read blueprints. Gauging equipment skills are essential (mic, calipers, depth mic etc). Must be able to run all tool room equipment (lathe, surface grinder, milling machine, radial arm drill). Must have material handling and Q.C. skills. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
