SUMMARY SUMMARY: Ensures guests receive superior service. Parks and delivers cars in a safe and efficient manner. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Ensures that all policies and procedures to ensure safe and efficient parking and retrieval of guests' vehicles are followed. Offers information to guests regarding directions, transportation, and hotel services. Follows departmental procedures to ensure that call vehicles are parked and accurately accounted for. Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public is required. Must be 18 years of age and be able to obtain all necessary work cards. Must be able to drive all types of vehicles and be in possession of a current driver's license. Must have a recent clean driving record. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required.
